1. 1/16 if an inch bleed, 0.125” extra on each side of the document
2. 300 dpi resolution
3. CMYK format
4. saved as a TIFF or EPS

Please double check your files meet the above requirements.
Dio2.com is not liable for improperly submitted files. If your files do not meet the above specified requirements including proper 0.125” bleeds, 300 dpi resolution, CMYK color format, file types and file name, Dio2.com is required to charge a $30 set-up fee.
